The soles have a sharper leading edge, minimal camber, more bounce, and more effective bounce due to a slightly wider sole, therefore creating a “fast in, fast out” turf interaction. This goes back to the original clubs I grew up playing with… which may or may not have been inspired by the MP-14’s and MP-29’s 😜
