Season 2 of the #WeGotUs video podcast opens with a dear friend of the host, Brandon Brock (@I3Brock). At the time of recording, Brandon is currently enrolled in the University of Alberta’s Master of Coaching Program, where he has served on the Men’s Varsity Basketball Team’s coaching staff for the past two seasons. He also coaches with Alberta’s Provincial Teams at the youth level, as well as with the Edmonton Stingers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League.
Brandon joined Gabe during his winter academic break to discuss the mindset of being a life-long learner, break down all he’s picked up over his decade of coaching in various roles and also to reflect upon where his dream of being a coach started: Richmond, British Columbia.
