Having compassion for ourselves is something that can oftentimes be quite the struggle. Nat is an inspirational woman looking to help others find peace with their bodies and learn to embrace the life they live. Her transformation over the years has allowed her to move from exercise addiction to a fitness certification; from disordered body image to self love; and from feeling unfulfilled to truly thriving on life.
