Bio: Anita Verna Crofts is a Seattle-based writer, University of Washington faculty member, and Artist in Residence in the University of Washington's Communication Leadership graduate program. Anita has spent her career exploring the intersections between food, culture, and narrative. She works with graduate students and international public health leaders to transform leadership,  management, and policy development through storytelling.
