66. Intuitive Functional Medicine™️ & Healing The Whole Self with Erin Holt Ending Body Burnout Show

Filly is joined with the Funk’tional Nutritionist Erin Holt, a power-house functional medicine practitioner based in the USA. I was sooooooo excited when Erin said “Yes!” to coming onto our show. I have been following Erin for years on Insta, and started listening to her podcast a few years ago when I was trying to find answers to my “third” body burnout flare-up during COVID times. I felt so stuck with trying to heal my symptoms - none of the “physical” functional medicine protocols that worked last time, were working this time - and when I came across Erin’s podcast where she talks about Intuitive Functional Medicine and healing all “bodies” of the self as a WHOLE (physical, mental-emotional, spiritual, energetic), I knew I’d found the missing piece to my own healing. I’d been trying to “treat” myself and clients as if we are just one body - “physical” - when actually that is incomplete and reductionist, and will never lead to deep and long-term healing and health.
