Today we are joined by Jacqueline Rose as she talks to us about creating space to be proactive rather than reactive in about our health as women (specifically for women in this episode, but proactivity in health can definitely be applied to men's health too!)
Jacqueline is a Yoga Teacher and a specialist in Yoga for Women's Health. Her work revolves mainly around helping women during menopause and assisting them in the different phases of transformation.
Jacqueline and I will discuss yoga and how movement helps regulate our hormones. We will also explore how nurturing that mind-body connection, and understanding our moods and emotions as they relate to hormones are crucial relationships to develop for our health.
