About:
Tim is the founder of bookachoo, a search engine revolutionizing plane and train travel, aiming to reshape the way we travel. Additionally, he serves as a financial consultant for both corporate entities and NGOs. With a personal passion for fostering mental and financial freedom, Tim is dedicated to aiding individuals in achieving this freedom.
Tim has travelled to many (less accessible) places mostly in the Middle East and Africa, collaborating with NGOs in financial roles. These experiences not only enabled him to support impactful causes but also offered abundant chances for personal development and introspection.
His philosophy on money revolves around the principle of "arigato in and arigato out," emphasizing gratitude for incoming finances and mindful spending. Tim is also an advocate of the FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) movement, encouraging people to strive for financial independence, allowing them the freedom to pursue their passions and interests without constraints. The goal of this movement is to save and invest aggressively so that you can retire somewhere in your 30’s or 40’s.
