Yolanda is the founder and owner of Lumiere Learning Experiences and the host of The L&D Lounge, a podcast show, and virtual gathering space. Yolanda seeks to use learning and development as a strategic tool to create behavioral change and improve on-the-job performance. She is especially passionate about crafting best-in-class leadership development programs to support high potentials, emerging leaders, and people managers.
