At Lean Out Method, we’ve been talking a lot about what it looks like to reimagine our business. When she started to review her business she realized she was at about an 85% alignment, meaning her business was 85% aligned with her long term goals and vision. Believing that we all deserve exceptional, Crista began the critical work of reimagining her business. Because if 85% of her business was in alignment with her bigger vision, that meant that 15% was still out of alignment and she wasn’t living a 100% fulfilled life.
