In today's episode, Colleen discusses sleep expectations and normal ranges of sleep in infants, which is so variable. We also explore how each of your children can be quite different.

Colleen advises us of  the normal developmental periods that can alter their normal sleep patterns.

Collen adopts the possum methods known as biological sleep regulators and focuses on supporting babies through mindfulness toward the circadian clock and how to implement changes with this. Sleep pressure is the second element of the sleep regulators and we explore ways to increase this and what to look for in your child.

We explore myths around overtiredness and different myths about sleep and touch on toddler sleep.
