Rivkie Zeidman was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City and studied psychology at Barnard College. After completing four years of medical school in Chicago, Rivkie moved home to NYC to complete residency in Internal Medicine. She recently published her middle grade novel Secrets Are No Fun based on her experience as the daughter of a mother grappling with a breast cancer diagnosis. She hopes to combine her love of medicine and writing to educate and empower others to take control of their health.
