The definition of RADICLE is: "the first part of a seedling (a growing plant embryo) to emerge from the seed during the process of germination. The radicle is the embryonic root of the plant, and grows downward in the soil..."

ROOTED IS RADICLE > In this day and age, being rooted - in ourselves, our bodies, the earth, and our immediate communities - is a radical act. It means we often say no the cultural narratives that tell us we don't own ourselves, but rather belong to the ideas and popular mores of our society. It's a rejection of the story of dependency we are indoctrinated into from birth on big systems, often motivated by profit and control, that keep us out of power within ourselves and our families. But when we ROOT into this new version of living -one that is based in truth, freedom, health, growth, connection and spirituality - we are REVIVED. We return to our true selves, without all the stories of what we are supposed to do and believe. Get rooted, be revived.

Not for me

I thought I would enjoy this podcast, but couldn’t get into it. I agree with a lot of the host’s beliefs, however just didn’t enjoy its format. Some of the recording very much felt like a recorded diary about events in her life. Someone else might enjoy that, but personally I didn’t get anything from it.
