70-Don't Let The Wrong Labels Stick With Sarah Englade

Sometimes on our journey through life we think something is going to be a setback or gives us a “bad label”, but it turns out to be a great opportunity. Sarah Englade’s journey has certainly illustrated that. Sarah is an executive headhunter who founded her own company in 2020, but before that she worked as a medical esthetician. From there, life led her through different corporations, being fired, switching jobs, and ultimately becoming an entrepreneur and starting her business. Her journey had many moments of “bad news” which can, of course, be reframed as opportunities to pivot and create something good! Sarah re-labeled “college dropout” and “learning disability” as her personal superpowers; as those were the very things that fueled her success as an entrepreneur. From her triumph, we learn that we can do the exact same thing. Our “failure” moments don’t define us, they are just the next step in achieving our goals and creating success.
