In today's episode I had the absolute honor of speaking with family physician, anxiety/stress expert and TEDx speaker Dr. Shahana Alihai. 


Today Dr. Shahana gets up close and personal regarding her experience with perfectionism, postpartum anxiety and OCD. She explains that even with over 10 years of studying nutrition, exercise, and medicine things in her life still seemed to fall short. The missing link for her was healthy thinking. 

Dr. Shahana walks us through her journey and explains how she was able to shift her mindset in order to begin to improve her mental health. She also shares some simple and useful tools one can utilize along your mental health journey to help you regain control of your thought process.
