(#72) Chito Ines - The Art Of Zen Jumping, Patience & The Process, And Letting Imagination Guide Your Journey The Nate K-G Podcast

    • Fitness

"Once your imagination gets triggered, it's hard to stop it. You're going to attempt to push yourself to see how far you can go." — Chito Ines
Chito Ines is a PJRA Athlete Council Member, Rush Athlete, and all around awesome dude. Chito and I connected online  during the pandemic, and since then we've become great friends. We discuss Chito's journey and I know it will really resonate with everyone, but especially newer jumpers who are learning about the community.
We cover a lot of territory, including how Chito lost 40+ pounds jumping, why basic skills have always been a staple throughout Chito's journey, how having fun is the unlock for staying consistent, the top tips that beginners should know, the skill that frustrated Chito the most, and loads more.
