73. How to use Nature to Heal w/ Lisa Taitelman The Happy Mama Village

    • Self-Improvement

Lisa Taitelman is a certified transformational coach, aka Trailblazer. Her 6-week hiking empowerment program, Finding Your Trail (FYT), focuses on healing and finding one’s truth in nature through self-care, self-love and community. Lisa helps her clients free themselves of self-limiting beliefs and negativity so they can stand in their power to live a life of joy and fulfillment. Lisa also provides corporate outdoor programs, FYT Licensing program and online group programs.

It was after Lisa lost her mom to cancer at a young age that she started on her path of self-discovery and learned how hiking could change the course of her life. Lisa now educates and inspires others through the healing power of nature so they do not feel alone in their struggles. Lisa is a facilitator, and donates portions of her program to The Foundation For Living Beauty in honor of her mother.

FYT is a bustling community and has been featured by Thrive Global, VoyageLA, Deborah Kobylt Live, KenshoHealth, and the Palisadian Post newspaper. Lisa lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
