#74: Macro Hacks with Redefining Strength BS Free MD with Drs. May and Tim Hindmarsh

What are Macros and what do they matter? Well, Tim is now growing “ablets” and I’m finally GAINING weight and getting rid of my dead butt.  Tim and I have found out through our own personal experiments the past few months how important counting macros really impacts your diet and fitness goals. It only took us over 50 years of messing around as athletes and docs to get it together, so how did we do it? …Because we hired Redefining Strength to teach us, have us cycle different ratios and find out just HOW MUCH protein we really need to get those guns of steel!  It’s true that you can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet.  However if you eat healthy but don’t know what ratio of Macros you are needing or getting… you won’t see success in your fitness goals.
