This podcast was very insightful on how to do a much better job in construction estimating up front, analyzing the schedule and the risks associated with that schedule.

Thoughtful and practical

Construction Genius is an excellent program for any level of construction management. The topics are practical for field, office and senior leadership. Eric has insightful questions and pushes back on platitudes and questions when advise given does not seem practical.

Highly recommend the program.
