Shonna Chiles has lived many lives in one lifetime. From NBA dancer to founder of Confidance Fitness, certified in yoga and reiki, currently a crystal energy specialist and owner of Cosmic Flora Crystal Co., she is a prime example of how you can evolve into a higher expression of yourself.
She begins taking us on her personal journey as a NBA dancer offering valuable insights on how she navigated the challenges of being in that environment. One of the challenges was preserving her personal identity while breaking out of the conditioning she received.
