Jonathan Fields spent over a decade researching what makes individuals feel the most "sparked at work". He narrowed down ten common Sparketype® which he defines as "your DNA-level driver of work that lets you know, deep down, you’re doing what you’re here to do"

Sammie (Maven, Essentialist) and Michelle (Performer, Maven) have been obsessed with Sparketypes since they discovered them and are sharing more information on all the Sparketypes between two episodes. They read Sparked by Jonathan Fields, have listened to his podcasts and have done a deep dive on the topic.

In this episode we cover the Maven, Maker, Warrior, Advisor and Performer. Knowing your Sparketype helps you understand the type of work that makes you come alive and you can then align your life to do more work that aligns with that.
