Emily and Kobe inch closer towards their Cameroonian wedding. Sophie and Rob attend their first counseling session as a couple. Loren successfully undergoes her mommy makeover surgery. Ashley and Manuel butt heads again, and neither wants to apologize. Liz sits down with Ed to discuss their breakup. Jasmine attends a beauty pageant workshop and has some devastating news for Gino. Thais and Patrick argue over timing.

Thais’s dad meets baby Aleesi for the first time, but Carlos hasn’t softened towards Patrick at all. Nicole tracks down Mahmood on the streets of LA at night, and makes him come back to her apartment. Ashley and Manuel prove that they have learned nothing about each other and continue to repeat the same arguments about privacy and trust. Jasmine gets to visit her favourite animal, the alligator! Loren preps for her surgery. Sophie gets treated to shopping at a flea market with Rob.

This week, Jasmine gets some bad news from Panama, but Gino will make it all better with a vacation! Mahmoud packs his things and walks off into the darkness, leaving Nicole behind. Kobe takes a stand against his friends for Emily’s sake. Ashley and Manuel meet Uncle Leo, and have a strange "conversation" with an angel (via a human) at a bar. Patrick gets excited about doing chores for his dad in Brazil. Ed finally decides to talk to Liz about the end of their engagement, but gives Liz zero consideration when planning the meeting. Nicole and Mahmoud's feud in front of friends continues. Emily unwittingly commits a social faux pas by inviting Kobe's pals out for a night at the club. Liz wakes up alone and gets a disturbing phone call from the bishop, who tells her that her wedding is off. Sophie moves back in with Rob, who makes her a delicious breakfast of crackers and cheese stuffed with a ring. Patrick and Thais land in Brazil. Loren gets everyone's opinion about her upcoming mommy makeover surgery, whether she likes it or not.

Emily learns something disturbing about Kobe, as she tries to win over his friends. Gino is finally listening to how Jasmine is feeling. Patrick and Thais plan their trip to Brazil, and there's a possible stowaway. Nicole brings her friends back to her apartment to meet Mahmoud, who pretends to be tired, but is actually outraged at his wife. Manuel learns what 'hangry' means, while Ashley digs for information from Jonathan. Sophie plays into Rob's hand and fawns all over him, apologizing for things she doesn't need to be sorry for.
