91: What Every Pregnant Women Must have for First Trimester Balanced Hormones, Balanced Life

Pregnancy brings on a whole slew of emotions, symptoms, and moodiness. Your body is constantly changing and you are overwhelmed with all the new developments along with information overload. I know because I was there not too long ago. Now that I am out of the clear with the First Trimester I wanted to share with you my must-have items to get through your first trimester of pregnancy. I hope that these tips help another woman who might be struggling with morning sickness, indigestion, and just overall confused about what she needs to get through the first 12-14 weeks which makes up the first trimester.
