Dr. Dara Kass is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University School of Medicine, the director of Equity and Inclusion of Columbia’s Emergency Department, and the founder of FemInEM, an advocacy & resource site for women in emergency medicine. Previously, she was the director Undergraduate Medical Education at NYU and an Assistant Program Director at Staten Island University Hospital.
