How are you viewing God? Whatever you've gone through in your life, God has an answer. That answer is that he sees you, he hears your cries for help and he knows your suffering. This is what he told Moses in Exodus 3:7 and this is what God is saying to you today. Listen to this part 1 episode of our new series "Living Reclaimed."

Remember the trauma you've experienced and journal about it as a prayer
Read your Bible! Start with the Book of John to focus on Jesus' life
Listen to worship music
Talk to God out loud or through journaling
Exodus 3:7 and 8 - "Then the Lord said, “I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters. I know their sufferings, and I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a good and broad land, a land flowing with milk and honey"
