Fast forward 100 years, and BYU is set to enter the Big 12 Conference. Thanks to the legendary coaching of LaVell Edwards, the iconic athleticism of Jim McMahon, Robbie Bosco and hundreds more, and the ethics and sportsmanship inspired by LDS culture, BYU football is poised for new levels of greatness.  Hear the trials and traditions of BYU football from the icons themselves on A Century of Cougar Football, coming soon from KSL Podcasts. The Legend

    The Legend

LaVell Edwards was no ordinary football coach. He was soft spoken, humorous and humane, and a man of deep faith. As a coach and as a man, he was a saint. His legacy to treat the game differently – as well as the people who play it – lives on.

True blue through and through

If you love BYU football you must listen to this podcast. Mitch’s fan origin story will remind you what BYU football truly is about - family memories. After the past few weeks with game results not being what we hoped for, thank you for the reminder of what’s really important. That the score of the game doesn’t change the bonds and memories with family and friends. Mitch’s story of achieving his dream of becoming a self made sports caster is inspiring. May we all be as true blue as he is. I look forward to the coming weeks of podcasts.
