1. The difference between good leaders and great leaders is that a GREAT leader can see the gifts in others before they see them in themselves.
2. In all three of these areas (people, culture, and numbers), overcommunicate progress or lack thereof so that everyone knows what needs to be done.
3. Work on-purpose, not off-purpose. Look at how much work you’re doing that is more properly delegated.
