Michael first has a knack for finding provocative authors to talk about their stimulating books. He then draws out the most interesting nuggets from them, invariably making me want to read the book. The breadth of Michael’s knowledge and interests and his ability to lead the authors makes for wonderful discussions.

Not only is Michael a very smart and thoughtful interviewer, but his preparation enables him to have a conversation with each guest that flows seamlessly. Because he knows his subject matter and guest so well, he never fumbles for a question or is unable to have an energetic and free-flowing discussion.
