Keeps me grounded

Elizabeth’s wisdom about ALL topics make me look forward to every episode. Her perspective about topics are refreshing, eye opening, relatable, and just make you say “YES!” out loud. As I listen I’m constantly feeling understood. It’s the type of podcast where you want to take notes as Elizabeth’s one liners have the power to make a huge impact.
