Joy isn’t just something that we’re lucky to experience every once in awhile when some really great circumstance happens in our life. Joy is to be experienced regardless of our circumstances because joy is in us, it’s who we are, it’s why we're here. Thus joy can be found in everything that we experience, the good, the bad, the happy and the sad. Life is our experience and our experience is joy.
