I share with a magnifying glass my experience in the lands we know as the United States, which might trigger many, including people of color.

Customer Reviews
Let your words ring out from the rooftops!!
I found this podcast because she did an interview on a different one but I liked her perspective so much I jumped ship and followed her over to her own channel. I’m so excited to have her back! The episode on fake spirituality literally changed my life and my practice. I am so much more grounded and real now and I’m learning to accept and explore the shadows and the darkness instead of just wishing “love and light” on the world. If you are engaging in the important and essential work of decolonization, this is the place to be.
Important take on cultural appropriation and spirituality
I’m so grateful for Pilar’s offering. This is so important for any white person who practices yoga, or any spiritual practice from settler colonial lands/ Latin America to hear.
A simple breath of fresh air
Thank you so much for sharing with everyone, I hope more can hear this and be open to it :)
