My favorite podcast!

I love the style of this show so much that it actually got me into podcasting myself. Ryan is such an excellent storyteller! I love how he can simultaneously bring out humor and rage from the same story. Keep up the good work buddy!

The ties that bind

You don't know what a person has been through until you can walk in their shoes but you can be awe struck by their courage. The Ties that Bind episode is one of the most powerful stories that is a person's life and how she finally took it back. Bravo! I wish I could give Tiffany a hug right now to saw I'm so sorry and I'm so proud of you. Inspiring. Welcome to where ever you are. You are home.

Storyteller.....

One of my favorite stories is Stone Soup an old folk story. It's a story about hungry soldiers traveling home from war who stumble into a small town where the villagers hide their food. A beautiful story. In the olden days when storytellers made their living by weaving their tales a storyteller with Ryan's skills would be a rich and happy man. It's a very special talent when one can capture your attention in the first sentence and take you on a wonderful journey with a great story. Sometimes Ryan transports you in a time machine back to high school where he relives those days when he was just a different dude who just did not fit in with his classmates. You feel his pain as he struggles to be understood and accepted. He tells captivating stories about some of his coworkers and friends that have fascinated me . His coworker the Steeler season ticket holder that tailgates early in the morning before Steeler games and gets so drunk that he does not remember the game is a classic ! Ryan may rant about his hate of Ray Lewis the former Baltimore Ravens linebacker and then bring you to tears with a sensitive podcast dedicated to his Dad. This is a gripping and sometimes painfully honest podcast that demands your attention. So come on in..sit down..relax.. warm your hands by the blazing fire and prepare to be entertained. Thanks Ryan! I'm loving every podcast.
