Love this show!

I have been listening since episode 1. Love the perspectives and that they keep in real- and I’m always interested in the female CrossFit perspective! My only issue is they seem to be talking really softly. Are they whispering?? I have to turn my phone volume all the way up! Lol. Worth it for the content 😀

Raw and thought-provoking

It’s nice to be able to come out on the other end of an episode from this podcast with a more open mind and a new perspective. I love how easy the girls are to listen to, they jive so well; and I so appreciate how they are raw, candid and thoughtful. Thanks for making this guys, I’m a big fan!
