Whether it’s season-long fantasy rankings, NFL draft analysis, DFS dart throws, betting implications or anything else NFL-related, A Good Football Show, formerly the Rotoworld Football Podcast, has you covered. Listen as Matt Stroup, RotoPat, John Daigle, Hayden Winks, Denny Carter and others from the NBC Sports EDGE crew give their analysis and opinions on all things NFL on the Fantasy Sports Writers Association’s 2019 winner for Best Fantasy Football Podcast.
Free Agent Dream Destinations and NFL Top Shot Predictions
Patrick Daugherty and Denny Carter discuss their dream destinations for fantasy-relevant free agents, including Will Fuller and Jonnu Smith. They also debate if Jameis Winston should re-sign with the Saints, and speculate about the NFL’s Top Shot future. Finally, they recap Denny’s summiting of “Meat Mountain,” making him one through the ages with Tenzing Norgay and Alex Honnold.
Russell Wilson's Non-Trade Demand + Give Me A Break 2021
John Daigle, Denny Carter and Pat Daugherty (back from his epic move) join Matt Stroup to discuss the latest in the Russell Wilson/Seahawks saga, with Russ reportedly not demanding a trade, but telling the Seahawks which teams he would demand a trade to if he did. Plus, this season's edition of "Give Me A Break": the things we need a break from after a long football season, with NBA Top Shot and NFL coaching nepotism at the center of the conversation.
Top Running Back Prospects, AFC East Draft Needs
Thor Nystrom and Hayden Winks join Matt Stroup to discuss the outlook for the top running back prospects in the NFL draft, including Clemson's Travis Etienne, Alabama's Najee Harris, and Javonte Williams from UNC. We also go team-by-team through the AFC East and consider the needs for the Bills, the Dolphins (are they targeting DeVonta Smith?), the Patriots and the Jets, who have a lot of variables as they continue to be a potential landing spot for Deshaun Watson.
Carson Wentz Trade Fallout, Drafting QB Destinations
John Daigle and Denny Carter join Matt Stroup to react to the news of Carson Wentz being traded to the Colts, what it means for Indy's skill players (including Michael Pittman Jr.), and the opportunity that's now ahead for Jalen Hurts in Philadelphia. We also consider the potential landing spots for the remaining free agent and trade candidate quarterbacks, drafting new/old teams (snake draft style) for Deshaun Watson, Dak Prescott, Cam Newton, Jameis Winston, Jimmy Garoppolo, Aaron Rodgers, Ryan Fitzpatrick and more.
QB Matchmaking: Lawrence, Fields, Wilson, Lance, Jones
Hayden Winks and Thor Nystrom join Matt Stroup for a full scouting report on the top quarterbacks in the draft — Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields, Zach Wilson, Trey Lance and Mac Jones — to discuss their strengths, weaknesses and prospects for success in the NFL. We forecast potential landing spots for all five, including the one we pretty much already know, with every sign imaginable pointing to Lawrence joining Urban Meyer in Jacksonville. Plus, the mystery surrounding Lance after he only played one game this season, and what makes him such an intriguing gamble as a prospect.
Russell Wilson's Frustration, 2020's Biggest Surprises
John Daigle and Denny Carter join Matt Stroup to break down the latest news on Russell Wilson and Carson Wentz, as frustration mounts in Seattle and the Wentz rumors continue to swirl. We also look back at some of the biggest surprises of the 2020 season, and what we can learn from them moving forward, including massive performances from James Robinson, Stefon Diggs, Ronald Jones, Nelson Agholor, Brandon Aiyuk and Logan Thomas.

Podcast helped me win my league.
All the information you need to be a great fantasy player.
Love the team, definitely have taken hits with the recent departures of Ian and Josh, though. The new Rotoworld rebrand (including the new name for this podcast, “A Good Football Show” 🥴) are hilariously bad though. Can’t fault the guys for decisions coming from the top, so I guess I’ll keep listening until they can find greener pastures elsewhere
Straight forward fantasy football talk.
