This episode is a guided nidra yoga meditation practice with Brianne. It is suggested that you do the practice any time from immediately upon waking to noon. The intention of the practice is to be awake. The essential equipment will be a yoga mat, blankets and pillows. Additional items, although not necessary would be an eye mask, a bolster / roll for under the knees. Enjoy - there are no ads, intros. You will experience the practice as if you were in a studio.
