Intellectually Stimulating and Calming

This podcast has been one of the greatest audios to help me not only think outside the box but expand my learning of history, archetypes, and expanding my vocabulary. Sometimes I replay episodes at half speed, and mimic what David Getzin is saying to help me increase my rhetoric. I listen to this podcast often while at night, in the morning, and while driving my car to school and work, as his voice will take me from road rage and anxiety of LAs crazy streets to a calming happy drive, diving deep into the history of Architecture. I used to hate driving until this podcast puts me at ease. So happy to finally have something intellectual, historical, calming and interesting at the same time. Thank you David Getzin!

Excellent

As a non-architect I find this pod very educational and enjoyable. The content is well written and well produced. I find myself sitting and reflecting often on these ideas!

Architect’s mom

My son, an avid listener od LL and FP claims that somehow, each episode uniquely unfolds a ‘tone’ that transports the listener into the mind-environment od the artist/architect/protagonist of the episode. I’m not really sure what he means by that, but nonthless I found the episodes engaging and delightful. Feels like the authors invested decades of work to compile some of these!
