    • Self-Improvement

Welcome Loves!I am SO glad you are here. In this week’s episode, it’s such a treat to have my friend Jade Baker-Edwards joining us. Jade is an environmental engineer, yogi, and world traveler who loves adventures and making positive impact in the world.

Jade shares her journey of following her inner calling to leave a successful career in events and marketing to becoming an environmental engineer and yogi during the pandemic.

We dive into overcoming imposter syndrome, trusting the process, not being afraid to follow your calling…even if it does look like putting in the hard work at first Jade also shares her tips for keeping sane during major life transitions, which for her looked like bringing yoga into everyday life wellness rituals.

What we dive into:

It’s never too late to listen to your soul calling
Jade’s story of pivoting from a career in marketing to environmental engineering- Manifesting her dream job without even realizing it
Travel opens our minds, hearts, and perspective…a beautiful doorway to our callings
Yoga as a tool for moving through challenging times
Even a 10, 15, 20 min Breath work or movement practice is impactful for your life…It doesn’t have to be a rigid, lengthy practice.
Imposter Syndrome. Learning to trust your instincts, lean into your value and worth.
Presence helps us soothe imposter syndrome and calming the high-achiever noise
Recognizing and valuing your experience in a different more holistic way. Business & Life.
Learning about who you are and how you work to best self-care

Creating community and share culture with sustainability
All the steps in your journey, even when they seem unrelated, are guiding you towards your calling-
Meeting a new version of yourself at each new chapter
