However, what many may not know about Kenny is that he is now a psychotherapist and coach, with ADHD playing a central role in his work. Stewart grew up in a family that valued social justice, which stuck with him throughout his life. In this conversation, he shares how he transitioned from being the son of a devout Methodist and Supreme Court Justice to founding one of the biggest bookmakers in Ireland, going on to be Chief Executive of the public company and giving it up at 50.

Tomás O'Leary shares his journey starting in the travel industry to becoming a successful entrepreneur. O'Leary, who worked for IBM in the past, talks about how he became an agony aunt for a retail magazine in Ireland, which eventually led to software companies contacting him and his team for business deals.
O'Leary credits his success to his constant questioning and skepticism, which he believes sets him apart from experts who can't see beyond their own industry jargon. When asked about his decision to start his own business, he shared that it was a chance opportunity that came his way. He got involved in a business that was going to be partnered by IBM, and from there, he learned to sell a wider range of IBM products.

Fintan Cooney had a successful career in advertising, spending 25 years in the industry and rising to a senior level. However, his interest in the funeral undertaking business, which his great great grandfather started in Dublin, never waned. He had even considered opening a funeral home in Mullingar, but the opportunity slipped away when someone else beat him to it. As Fintan's advertising career progressed, he started to question if it was truly what he wanted to do for the rest of his life, which led him to seriously consider making a career change.
