A refreshing approach to mental healthcare in the perinatal period, with Jennifer Hampton The Mother Wit Podcast

My guest today is Jennifer Hampton. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a particular interest and specialized training in perinatal mental health. She is a frequent member of my interdisciplinary team. Jennifer has a rather unique way of melding her experiences as a therapist, mom and coach and although I’ve never had a session with her myself, there is a common theme that I get from my clients when they report back to me and boy do I wish I could be a fly on the wall!
