We also review the updates on the deaths of Kevin Ives & Don Henry whose mysterious deaths are now being rule a homicide. Brown is sick of the word neglige and Easter is grateful Ann wasn't having an affair in the v...

(Bonus Episode) A Rude, A Prude, and Banned Books: Antiracist Baby

Hello on this fine Wednesday... Recently Brown and Easter's lovely (conservative) school district decided to roll out a list of books deemed "inappropriate" for our school-aged children. Brown and Easter have both gone to bat with the librarian and this archaic policy and are now gracing your podcast feeds with out rants. Brown and Easter are not just mothers, not just Robert Stack groupies, they're also educators wanting to create a safe and supportive environment for their students.&nb...

Unsolved Mysteries Episode Nine: Unexplained Death of Kurt Sova / John Nellis' Search for His Family

Brown and Easter cover the mysterious and unexplained death of healthy 17-year-old Kurt Sova, as well as the forced separation of John Nellis from his young son and American father. This is now and forever a Dorothy Sova appreciation podcast, because she was basically the lead detective on her own son's case. Brown might shed a tear or two over John's story, and Easter is not in a dumpster; she's just late. Additional Notes: 00:00 - 2:45 - Shop Talk (Brown got a root canal) 2:4...

This week the Rude and the Prude discuss the Steven Cox investment fraud that led hundreds of investors penniless and Steven Cox and Eugene Richmond on the run. We'll also try our best to talk about the murder of 4-year-old Barbara Jean Horn. LOVING THIS!

Hilarious! And very entertaining. Brown & Easter have great chemistry, I love their hot takes on the abundance of toxic masculinity that was on display on the 80s/ 90s era unsolved mysteries. It’s just a real fun listen. I get a kick out of the banter about their age difference between the hosts (fellow 1984 gal here) 😂Can’t wait for more!

New and fun

Feels like sitting in on a convo between two best friends, and you want to join in on the fun. With only 3 eps this pod already has a great sense of itself, and I think it can only get better from here.
