Well thought out topics that both encourage and motivate. I love that the episodes create a sense of connection to the topic. It’s as though I’m sitting in a small group listening to a worthwhile conversation. Thank you for the blend of personal experiences with science determined data. I really needed this recent compilation of three shows and will be going back to hear the full episodes soon.

I’m grateful for this show, life can be really hard. In the face of that, too often there is pessimism, anger, or toxic positivity. Dr Maya Shankar’s depth of compassion, curiosity, empathy, and optimism are so needed in this world right now.
