Extra helpful for family members of someone with focus challenges
This podcast transformed how I talk with my family about managing our home. We went from high conflict on matters of organization & cleaning to almost no conflict. It gives me weekly energy boosts and buckets of patience to be a better parent to 2 children with ADHD. Thank you so much for this podcast!!!!
My favorite podcast. She speaks to the way my brain works. Down to earth and realistic. Been listening close to 3 years and my home is completely different. Thank you!
I started working on my slob issues with Marie Kondo in 2017 (lol!) I still remember that humongous pile of clothes on my bed and it was fun I liked it but it didn’t reach to other parts of my life. I read FlyLady and it helped a little, Sidetracked Home Executives, a little more, I loved Joshua Becker and the whole minimalism movement and I did get rid of a lot of stuff but for some crazy reason my house was still super messy.
But Dana, now she really helped me change. To see that it’s ok for the rest of the house to be messy while you laser focus on dishes, to work slowly and see lasting change. I’m having a new friend over today! I did text her and tell her that I wasn’t the best housekeeper in case she saw any messes but really I only have to close two doors! (Bedroom and storage room/office) thank you soooo much, Dana! I also have prayed so much about my house so I’ve got to thank God for giving me strength and leading me to Dana’s books, blog, and podcast.
