    Today (Thursday 6th February) is 'Time To Talk Day' and on the programme we’ll find out more about the day with Jo from Cornwall Mind. Fashion Journalist, Stylist and Writer Susannah Constantine, best know for Trinny and Susannah, is offering her tips and advice on why mastering your morning routine can help with sticking to health new years resolutions made at the start of the year.
