How do I create more time? How do I get organized so I can finally relax and enjoy my life? How do I improve my energy? How do I ask for help? How can I be more patient with my kids? How can I be more present? How can I find time for self-care? How do I help my child who is struggling with his/her mental health? How do I make time for a girl’s night out? How can I find balance in my life? How can I improve communication with my spouse? If you’ve ever asked yourself (or Google) any of these questions, then this show is for you! The Mom-entum podcast aims to serve overwhelmed Moms who struggle to find balance. It’s a place for Moms to find solutions to problems and get support all along the way. As they say, “it takes a village”. Many of us feel like where is the village? We feel like we have no help. We feel like we must do it alone. And although we are never alone, we can’t even go to the bathroom without a kid infringing on our privacy, we ironically feel so lonely at times. The Mom-entum podcast bypasses the small talk and gets right into the real struggles Moms face every day. We talk to real moms who are deep in the trenches as well as the ones who have been there and have come to share what they’ve learned along the way. Each week, I’ll introduce new ways of thinking and discuss tangible, actionable tools that you can implement to simplify your life and promote peace and joy in your home. Go from treading water to finally finding your flow in motherhood.

In this re-aired episode, I’m walking you through one of the most powerful tools I use in my own life and with my clients: The Model, a simple self-coaching framework I learned from Brooke Castillo. This tool will help you: Understand why you feel the way you do Stop reacting and start responding with intention Break patterns that keep you stuck Solve problems in your relationships, habits, and daily life Whether you’re navigating a hard conversation, struggling with motivation, feeling disconnected, or just want to show up as a calmer, more present mom—this exercise gives you a step-by-step way to create real change. You’ll learn how your thoughts shape your feelings, your actions, and ultimately your results—and how to shift them on purpose. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming aware, taking ownership, and creating the kind of life you actually want to live. ✨ If you give yourself just 5 minutes to practice this, it can completely change how you move through your day. If you want support actually applying this in your life, I invite you to book a free 30-minute call with me. This is a no-pressure, no-obligation conversation where we’ll walk through what’s going on for you and I’ll help you start using this tool in a way that actually clicks. Inside this episode, we talk about: Why your days feel so reactive (and how to change that) The concept of “anchor routines” and how they create structure without overwhelm The 3 resets that will transform your days: → Morning Reset → Evening Reset → Weekly Reset How I save hours each week using simple systems  Why just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should—and how to start using your time, energy, and money more intentionally This isn’t about creating a perfect routine. It’s about building simple anchors that support you in real life—so you can feel less behind, more in control, and actually enjoy your days again.
