Like watching with smart, funny friends

Loree and Rob bring just the right balance to these podcasts--they're not afraid to call out the movies' flaws, but they're also not afraid to admit when they're touched or amused by them. I find many Hallmark podcasts are overly gushing, but Loree and Rob match my attitude more closely: I like the movies (heck, I watched almost every premiere this Christmas season), but I also need to be able to step back and question/challenge the content sometimes. Loree and Rob also stay on topic more than some of the Hallmark podcasts, which can venture off on tangents for many minutes at a time. Finally, I love Loree and Rob's respectful, playful dynamic. The guests during Rob's illness have been great, but I look forward to his recovery and return very soon!

Disappointed

It is so sad all you do is rip on these Hallmark movies. Why do u watch them if u think they are so stupid? Very disappointed in the negative attitude. Also, I am not a prude, but why all
The cussing? Hallmark does not cuss, so maybe u shouldn’t either as u are reviewing their movies.
I will not be listening again, and sad because I was looking forward to the same positivity as I receive from Hallmark movies.

I don't miss an episode

I watch way too many Hallmark movies. But even if I skip a movie, I don't skip this podcast's corresponding episode. Whether I've seen the movie or not, I listen to every episode of A Very Hallmark Christmas. That's how much I love this show! Loree and Rob are so funny and so smart, and hearing their take on these cheesy, silly movies is entertaining and often thought-provoking. I now not only rate movies in gingerbread houses or magical snowglobes, but I also ask about the accuracy of legal and real estate issues addressed in each movie and whether or not anyone bothered to smash the patriarchy. Keep up the good work,Loree and Rob!
