A new podcast for women working in environments created for and by men. Hear inspiring stories from women who've been there. What were their experiences? How did they get to where they are? How did they overcome the obstacle of being a woman in a man's world? What do they wish they knew when they first started?Women are underrepresented in business making up only 6% of CEOs and 32% of FTSE 100 Directors. Women are 67% less confident in their ability to progress than men. There are twice as many men in senior positions than women. These factors all affect women’s confidence, self-belief, resilience, sense of value and ability to ask for money. There's a vicious circle where it's harder for women to thrive in business because we often can't see someone else thriving. For women who are one of only a few, it can be easy to feel alone. Through sharing success stories, women can get advice from those who have been there. Knowing that we're not doing this alone and seeing other women succeed is half the battle. Download your guide to Feeling Calm and Confident in Every Meeting: https://www.scoutandcircle.co/speaking-up-workshop
