    S2 Ep 1: What's Behind Your Mask?

Remember that discomfort of investing time in something even though there were no guarantees? Remember that same feeling emerging when wanting to say “I love you,” but you didn’t want to say it first or you weren’t sure if the other side would reciprocate?

This episode features a conversation about vulnerabilities and how we handle them.

This podcast will go places

I listen to many podcasts and while this is a fairly new podcast, I can tell it is produced at a professional level. I find the intros, anecdotes, and musical snippets quirky and fun. Once you’ve invested yourself halfway through the podcast, you then realize that there are some complex and challenging topics underlying each segment. There are lots of themes on self-discovery and pursuing your authentic self. I think we miss that in our day-to-day lives and these quick episodes are a good reminder to keep you grounded. I promise these are worthwhile podcasts! Having that kind of consistent engagement with the listener = 5 stars fo’ sure.

Authentic and refreshing

Overall: Really love the life lessons and themes in this podcast. Touches on a lot of important topics that aren't emphasized enough in school/work. Especially the ones related to managing personal relationships.

Sound: The music transitions are legit--they always fit the tone of the stories well. You can tell the music wasn't just thrown in as an afterthought. Very soothing voice and straightforward language. No fluff or rambling; really well-rehearsed.

Length: Short-form episodes that are 5-10 minutes long. I like the bite-sized chunks. Makes it easier to squeeze in during small windows of down time.
