Such emotions are part of our human being, but often cause us a sterss and anxiety. In this episode we will try to, instead of suppressing such sensations and emotion, to accept them as they are and allow the to unravel and subsequently diminish in their own pace. This will hopefully, in time, help you to develop healthier and safer coping patterns.
