Like listening to your inner thoughts out-loud
First episode brought out a lot inner thoughts of what it’s like to running a firm and the pros and cons when it comes to being remote or in-person.
It touches on the realities of what it’s like being your own boss and how it’s not always sunshine and roses. There’s some hardships we all deal with when it comes to socializing, being there for family, and having that feeling of working nonstop for the sake of succeeding or justifying the move to being on your own or running a practice.
Was great to listen to these guys discussing the realities behind it and I’m all for it. Looking forward to future episodes.
