Jess Ng is a first-generation Hong Kong-Chinese-American who was born and was raised in NYC. She is a designer, activist, and Muay Thai fighter. Bridgett talks with Jess about the racism she and her community experience every day.  They dive into how racism shines through the beauty industry and what she would like to see change. She shares the mental and physical wisdom she has collected from fighting. She explains why the phrase “fight like a girl” should be gone forever. Jess also shares when she feels her most beautiful, as well as some of her favorite wellness & beauty products!
