    In 2013,  Angela Duckworth coined the term Grit during a TED Talk. 

    In this episode, we explore what exactly it means to be gritty.  Angela completed her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology at Harvard, she completed an MSc in Neuroscience from Oxford University, and completed her Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. During her time at UPenn, she researched the psychology of highly successful individuals and found that they had two things in common: unusual resilience and work ethic (perseverance) and direction, having a deep knowledge of what they want (passion).
